No — most people arrive with a rough idea and a Pinterest board. The visit is where that gets turned into an actual measured layout, not the other way round.
Six to nine weeks on site for most bespoke fit-outs, depending on scope. Stone worktops add a template-and-fit lead time of two to three weeks after cabinetry is installed, since the template has to be taken from the fitted units.
Not for the core fit — the kitchen is out of use from strip-out to second fix, typically four to five weeks. We can help plan a temporary kitchen setup elsewhere in the house for that stretch.
A large upfront payment is the clearest warning sign in this trade. We take a design deposit to begin the 3D layout, then the balance against completed, inspected stages — never a milestone we set ourselves.
